Clients are required to have a consultation to review health status and candidacy for out of hospital birth. If you are low risk and healthy after this free phone consult, the financial contract will be given for your review.

If you decide to proceed with partnering with SJM for care, the contract is signed, deposit is made and the first prenatal appointment is scheduled.
